We help you support your kids mental health

If you’re worried about your child’s mental health, our guided pathways and resources can help you see change. We offer psychoeducation, structured activities and strategies for parents to support their kids mental health and emotion regulation.

Currently we have two pathways:
1. Managing Anxiety
2. Emotion Regulation (Tackling Big Behaviors).

Each pathway guides you through how to teach your child new skills and also how to adapt your parenting to meet your child where they're at.

We know that a caregivers' invovlement is crucial  to their child's mental health and that caregivers are often the best messengers when it comes to helping their kids make changes that positively impact their wellbeing. Our resources are rooted in evidence and developed by clinicians who specialize in pediatric mental health.
